Alvi Pariwar Foundation Organized Free Medical Camp on 1st January In Collaboration With Swami Nand Lal Ji Hospital

For a very long time, Alvi Pariwar Foundation has been carrying out a lot of initiatives for the upliftment of the underprivileged section of the society. The foundation, which is managed by its trustees Mohd Asif Alvi, Mohd Jamshed Alvi and Raj Alvi, is known for its selfless approach and unwavering focus towards doing things that bring a significant difference in the lives of those who are struggling to make ends meet. The legal and accounts head of Alvi Pariwar Foundation is Mohsin Alvi. On 1st January, this year, Alvi Pariwar Foundation collaborated with Swami Nand Lal Ji Hospital to organize a free medical camp.

Talking about this medical camp, an official spokesperson says, “Alvi Pariwar Foundation has organized several free medical camps in the past. To start this year on a positive note and help those who needed medical attention, we decided to organize a medical camp on the first day of this year, that is, on 1st January. More than 450 people attended this camp and availed of the medical tests and medicines we were providing free of cost. The blessings we have received from the patients have encouraged us to organize these medical camps more frequently.”

This medical camp was marked by the auspicious presence of several luminaries like Shri Ram Niwas Goel (Honourable Speaker of Delhi Legislative Assembly & MLA), Zakir Khan (Ex-Chairman and Member of Delhi Minorities commission), Behan Preeti (Councilor of Dilshad Colony) and Shri Vinay Yadav (SHO Seemapuri).

Elaborating on the importance of organizing free medical camps, the official spokesperson remarks, “It is a well-known fact that medical expenses have gone up significantly over the years. A simple medical test could cost an individual, who hails from a lower middle class family, a good part of his salary. In such a situation, many underprivileged people suffer from different types of diseases and ailments without receiving any medical attention. Health is our biggest asset and as a society, we need to make health services more accessible to the common man. Both the government and private agencies should come forward and ensure that every individual in our society has access to all the health care services they need.”

In the near future, Alvi Pariwar Foundation will be organizing many more medical camps in different parts of the country. The foundation is in advanced stages of discussion with hospitals, clinics and health agencies to ensure that these health camps are set up in the most organized manner and accessible to everybody who needs them. The foundation will be carrying out several other philanthropic activities throughout the year while adhering to its principle of making this world a better place for everyone to live in.
